Recommended Scheduling and Payment terms
We have been a part of many students’ academic success for 30+ years. We are excited to have the opportunity to be a part of your student’s improvement, as well. Thank you for allowing us to serve you. We most commonly recommend one, two-hour session per week for 4 consecutive weeks for standardized test prep, like the ACT/SAT. For general academic tutoring, we find two one-hour sessions per week have provided excellent outcomes. These formats have consistently yielded the best results for our students. Over the years, we have found the best method to confirm the test prep and tutoring schedule along with receiving payment for our service is listed below. Shown below are the requirements to provide the best service possible for your student. Our current rate is $48 per hour.
1. Payment is due & payable on Monday prior to your scheduled session to confirm & secure time slot.
If payment is not received on the Monday prior to your scheduled session, we must assume the session is cancelled and we must make it available to another student on our waiting list.
2. Payments can only be made in two forms.
The most preferred method is using the Zelle Payment system offered through many banks. You can send it to the phone number listed on this website. The other payment method is cash, payable in advance. Full payment for the total number of sessions planned must be made on the day of the first session. We do not accept checks and other cash apps have previously created fraud issues that we don’t want to have exposure to. If paying cash, you must confirm your session appointment on Monday prior to the session and inform Mrs. Karen you will be paying cash, in full.
3. We do not offer monetary refunds.
If you choose to pay cash and don’t keep the scheduled appointment, we will try and reschedule, ASAP. We are allocating our limited time to your student and are unable to offer this time to others who are waiting.
